With over 15 years of expertise in the financial services sector, his career spans executive training, corporate and retail insurance management, and strategic planning. In recognition of his business acumen, he received an Excellence Award from Nigeria’s Top Executives in the Financial Services and Insurance Industry.
A graduate of Biochemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, Nigeria, Mayowa is a proud member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), the Association of Registered Insurance Agents of Nigeria (ARIAN), and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). His professional journey reflects a commitment to innovation, integrity, and excellence.
He was part of the ROHI Consulting team that provided human resource solutions to organizations across both public and private sectors, creating enabling environments for top executives and business owners. His insurance career began in 2010 with Mutual Benefits Life Assurance Limited as a Marketing Executive in the Retail Department. Over fourteen years of dedicated service, he rose through the ranks until his appointment as Head of Agency Operations in the retail arm of International Energy Insurance Plc, a Norrenberger subsidiary, in May 2024.
Today, Mayowa continues to shape the future of Nigeria’s insurance industry as the National President of ARIAN, where he champions professionalism, capacity building, and industry collaboration. He is now currently the Head, Strategic Retail Business with Fortis Global Insurance Plc, leading initiatives to expand retail insurance penetration and strengthen customer engagement strategies.

I Proceeded to Educare Comprehensive High School for my Secondary School Education.
I completed my secondary education and WASSCE at Brainfield College Meiran Lagos in Year 2007.
In Year 2010 I gained admission to Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta where I studied Plant Breeding and Seed Technology(B.Agric) in Year 2014.
I Completed my NYSC in Year 2016.
I am a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management(Chartered) in year 2016 where I bagged a proficiency certificate in management.
I am currently a postgraduate student with EMBA in-view in Strategic Management and Leadership Communication from Unicarribean Business School.
I joined the Insurance Industry in Year 2017 as a Risk Advisor with LASACO ASSURANCE PLC.
In 2019 I won the MD/CEO Award as the highest new business producer.
In 2019 i rose from the rank of Risk Advisor to become a Unit Manager.

ODETOLA OLAWALE JULIUS a graduate of University of Ado Ekiti with vast experience in Finance , Investment and Insurance, started his Insurance experience in 2019 after serving the investment and Finance industry. He currently head the Festac Branch of the Agency Arm of Tangerine Life Insurance Limited.
OLAWALE has gone through serval trainings ranging form ERM framework, HSE,AML/CFT/CPF, CUSTOMER RELATION etc
He is very Passionate about Sales.
